As a former professional top-order batsman and pace bowler, qualified ECB Level 3 Head Coach, current county scout, cricket author and founder of MCI and ABSAT (Advanced Biomechanics Speed & Accuracy Training), Ian Pont uses all his playing and coaching skills to develop and advance players.
Whether you are a batsman, pace/medium bowler or spinner, Ian offers advanced coaching techniques and easy to understand drills. His coaching style is fresh and interesting and relevant to today’s modern game.

Sessions with MCI offer real purpose with drills and techniques taught to professional cricketers now available to you. Video analysis is also used for private sessions, so players are clearly shown where any changes need to take place - and importantly how to make those changes.
