Andy McGarry – MCI Elite Coach (South East)
Andy made his first-class debut with Essex in 1999 retiring in 2003 due to an injury. Recently played Minor Counties cricket for Suffolk
Andy is an ABSAT and MCI Coach supporting Ian each year at the MCI Academy and regional Pace Bowling Workshops. Andy is also a qualified ECB Level 3 Staff Coach & Tutor Coach.
Having recently retired from the game, Andy is an expert is tactical coaching with a fresh understanding of what is needed to excel in the game

Pat Legge – MCI Elite Coach (South West)
Pat is an ABSAT and MCI Coach, ECB Club Coach and has a Sports Psychology Diploma
Pat’s coaching experience is extensive having coached within the armed services for many years. Army U25 Development Coach 2009, German National Team Assistant Coach ECC Div 2 Tournament, Army & Combined Services Women’s Senior Coach, North Rhine Westfalen Cricket Union Development Officer/Coach, Adjutant Generals Corps Senior Coach, Senior club coach and XI Captain
With such a broad level of coaching around the world, Pat brings his coaching skills back to the UK for all to benefit from in the South West
